Our pain au chocolat is twice baked and filled with a dark chocolate diplomat cream that's has a little special kick from cayenne and further balanced by cinnamon, and allspice. The croissant is then dipped in a Swiss meringue and torched to add a slight bitterness that pairs amazingly to the sweet meringue. Muy caliente!

Our classic croissant tart base is topped a slice of spiced poached pear, almond paste, slivered almonds, and bits of slowly poached ginger. After the tarts have cooled it is then finished with a white chocolate ganache.

Building off a popular brunch item, the spinach and feta omelet, we have introduced our fan favourite butter croissant into the mix. Our croissants are soaked in an egg custard and baked with spinach, feta, salt and pepper. For an extra layer or goodness, the croissant pudding is topped with a final sprinkle of feta halfway through the bake, which gives the topping a light toast.
