A baker’s staple. This classic loaf is one of our favourites to make and to eat. The subtle lacto-fermented aromas evolve over time, giving it a complex range of flavours within a crust produced from a finish bake that is not too tough or thick.

Our country loaf featuring inclusions of house made candied sunflower and pumpkin seeds. The candied seeds provides a slight sweet note to the crust of the bread. The seeds are candied with honey.
